When the valve fuse is activated, the fire control valve outputs a signal to the monitoring module, which then outputs a signal to the alarm host. This allows the control center to monitor the condition of the fire control valve in the air conditioning system.
        Use low impedance valves (functions: cutoff, diversion, voltage stabilization, diversion, etc.). The smoke exhaust fan box can operate continuously for 30 minutes when the conveying medium temperature is at 280 ℃, and can continue to operate normally even when the medium temperature cools down to ambient temperature. Make the impedance of the fluid flow kettle valve very small, reducing energy consumption When using ball valves (application areas: food, chemical, petroleum, electricity, etc.), if the diameter of the ball core hole is the same as that of the pipeline when fully opened, it can save the power consumption of equipment such as compressors and pumps (shè bè i) Compared to some traditional valves The cam deflection valve has a larger capacity and can adjust the same flow rate with a smaller pressure difference, achieving the goal of reducing energy consumption The use of valves with modified internal components, such as low S-value regulating valves, can achieve energy-saving goals This is important for preventing the spread of fires and determining firefighting plans. The function of the fire control valve in the air conditioning system is to prevent fire, and the actuator of the valve only feeds back a signal to the fire control center after it is activated, without any alarm function. Imagine if the automatic fire alarm system and automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system lose their effectiveness in preventing fires, why rely on the fire control valve in the air conditioning system to prevent fires.
        The fire control valve has put forward too many functional requirements, including the ability to accept electrical signals to close, interlock the air conditioning cabinet to close, and have signal feedback function. This will only complicate the control system and increase the project cost. The author believes that a reasonable working process for the fire control valve of the air conditioning system is as follows: when a fire occurs, an alarm signal is issued, the fire is confirmed, the mains power is stopped and switched to the fire power supply (at this time, the air conditioning system is shut down), smoke spreads, the fire damper fuse is activated, the valve is closed, and an output closing signal is sent to the fire alarm host and graphic system of the fire control center. Low noise axial flow fans work for long periods of time in high temperature, humidity, and oil fume gases. Regular maintenance is an essential task. The smoke exhaust fan box should be able to operate normally for a long time under the condition that the medium temperature is not higher than 85 ℃. This process is practical, reliable, and has relatively low related costs.
